Hair Cream

Franicia has tried many different products for her hair, but her very favorite is Jane Carter’s Twist and Lock. Whole Foods and Amazon used to carry it, but Jane Carter doesn’t seem to make this cream any more. The best replacement that we’ve been able to find is Shea Moisture’s Strengthen and Restore Leave-in Conditioner and Shea Moisture Jamaican Black Castor Oil Strengthen & Restore Smoothie Cream.

 

Cleanse Drops

Many members of Franicia’s immediate and extended family have had gall stones and some have required surgery to remove them. A few years ago, Franicia was having pain in that area of her body. After going to the doctor, an ultrasound showed that Franicia had a couple of small stones in her gallbladder.

Without changing something, the stones would probably eventually require surgery. Wanting to avoid any surgery if possible, Franicia did research on natural treatments for gallstones and found an herb called “Chunca Piedra.” Another name for chunca piedra is “stonebreaker.” After trying a couple of tinctures, Franicia found the Cleanse Drops below that worked best for her.
