While buying frozen corn has it’s conveniences, buy organic corn when it’s in season. That way you get a better price and eat it while it tastes best.

If you’ve never cooked fresh corn, you’re in for a special treat. It is amazingly delicious, quick, and very simple.

Directions:

Shuck corn by pulling off the husk. Snap the ends off. Snap corn in half to fit more in a pot or leave whole.

Cooking Recipe:

Bring water to a boil in a stainless steel pot or similar. Add corn on the cob. Boil for 5 minutes. Turn the corn once or twice.

Top with organic extra virgin coconut oil and good sea salt (we like Celtic) and freshly ground organic black pepper. Enjoy your yummy corn on the cob!
